Terms of Service

By accessing, creating an account on, or otherwise using the HustleBoard platform (the "Service") operated by HustleBoard OPS LLC ("HustleBoard," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you create child profiles you further represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of every child for whom you create a profile.

HustleBoard is a family finance and chore management platform that allows parents to assign "missions" (chores, tasks, and goals) with monetary values to their children, track completion, and manage payouts into a virtual vault. The Service may include gamification elements, financial literacy tools, an investment simulator, AI-assisted features, and related functionality.

HustleBoard does not act as a bank, money transmitter, custodian, broker-dealer, or financial advisor. All actual transfers of money between a parent and a child occur outside the Service and remain the sole responsibility of the parent.

3.1 Parent Accounts

Only adults (eighteen years of age or older) may create a parent account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.2 Child Profiles

Child profiles are sub-accounts created and controlled by a parent account. Children do not independently register, and we do not knowingly accept registrations from children. By creating a child profile, you consent to the collection and use of the limited information described in our Children's Privacy Notice and confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

4.1 Plans

HustleBoard offers free and paid subscription tiers. The features, limits, and pricing of each tier are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through our third-party payment processor. You authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and surcharges.

4.3 Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that time. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused features.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices upon at least thirty (30) days' prior notice (sent by email or posted in the Service). If you do not agree to the new price you may cancel before it takes effect.

You agree not to, and not to permit any person to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that depicts violence or self-harm;
• Use the Service to exploit, endanger, or otherwise harm a child;
• Attempt to access another user's account, family data, or vault;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or non-public data from the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Service;
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including all software, designs, graphics, text, rankings, mission systems, vault mechanics, the HustleBoard name and logo, and all related marks, is owned by HustleBoard OPS LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial family use.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of mission descriptions, photos, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant HustleBoard a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your family.

6.3 Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Information collected about children is also subject to our Children's Privacy Notice, which describes how we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). By using the Service you consent to those practices.

8.1 "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

8.2 No Financial Advice

The Service, including any investment simulator or market-related content, is for educational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

Some features rely on AI to generate suggestions, missions, or summaries. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Parents are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before allowing a child to act on it.

8.4 Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUSTLEBOARD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HUSTLEBOARD FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HustleBoard OPS LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of any third party, including any child for whom you have created a profile.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing a claim against HustleBoard, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@hustleboard.tech and allowing thirty (30) days for us to respond.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for HustleBoard, or maintained an account that has been inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination your right to access the Service immediately ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and HustleBoard regarding the Service.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
